Default Map of my Imagination.

Good Morning DPS Family, so here are a couple that I shot this week.

The patterns of the wings reminded me of an ancient Map.

I lay dosing on the hillside, sun warming my face, when out of the corner of my eye, she fluttered by, the patterns of her wings drew me to her as I drifted away following the Map of My Imagination.

Here is a larger version of one I posted yesterday, Just wanted to share the close up because I think it is interesting.

I love the patterns on the wings of this butterfly, It reminds me of a Map of some Ancient World, Perhaps a Map of my Imagination.

Thanks for Looking and have a Blessed Day!
Michael

Great capture, see what you mean, the wings look like an old treasure/pirate map!

Amazing how you capture these so still.

The patterns in the wings do look like an ancient map but that's only because you captured so much detail in this amazing shot. Once again Michael, your work is outstanding and a pleasure to view.

Dave.

How quickly DPS pages roll through, its getting difficult to keep on top bit I'm glad not to have missed this one.
Very cleverly conceived and captured Michael, I love the idea of parchment wings and a sort of living map, what a great idea for a movie, Excellent set as always

Great pictures Michael. I think the wings look like Haywoods decaying leaves that he posted recently. The bug is amazing, so colourful.
