Default Candle out of the wind.

Hi
It seems everyone tries a candle shot, so I gave it a try last night, not as good as the ones I have seen on here before, but thought I would share.

Seems the next must try that everybody does is the self portrait in the mirror.

nothing wrong with this at all - I think people tend to play around with the white balance to give off a more orange hue - you could try a bit of PP on it and see if it makes you happier - at the end of the day a shot like this is as much about art as it is about photography

This is a great shot I have tried this one myself and its hard. you have caught this perfectly.

That is so beautiful Glyn and you got the shot so perfect. Lovely colour and composition too and the black background works so well. Great work buddy.
I just can't wait for the self portrait lol...

Thanks Dave for the comments mate.

As for the self portrait just make sure the kids are in bed before you look or couls scar them for life.
