I got this shot during the Teej festival ( a Hindu festival where women worship lord Shiva for the betterment of their husbands), in Pashupatinath temple, Kathmandu, Nepal ...these are the women lined up to get to the main temple....and it was raining...

Nice shot and interestingly cropped. I love textiles and prints and this has given me some ideas on representing them. Like the slight reflection too!!

Thanks Mike. I actually had the same composition, and just cropped a bit from the bottom...since it was a lot of empty space...
