Default Silhouettes

This is only my second upload at DPS, and I'm still pretty nervous about posting my pictures after looking at so many great photographs on the forums. This was taken at a friend's wedding a few months ago when I was just starting to experiment with the camera and Lightroom. I just loved how this turned out, especially how the scenery shows through the thin curtains. In Lightroom, I adjusted the exposure and black levels so the silhouettes were pure black and the trees appeared behind the curtains. Comments and constructive criticism appreciated

Amanda

This shot has such a great feel to it. I love the composition, and I love that they are silhouetted. Its a touching shot, great job!

cool shot and a great backdrop with those lines of the curtains. Dont be nervous about showing your shots this is not the critique forum where you can get contructive critisism if needed.Love the trees through the curtains and keep em closed it creates a great mood

Generally I find it hard to connect with silhouettes.
But this one I like.
I think it is the composition and the soft background with the curtains closed.
Keep posting great work.
