Default Why wont they sit still?

With plenty of time on my hands and the extremely warm weather the butterflies were out and about. They certainly didn't want to sit still for long so I settled on a slower form of butterfly.
He was feeling shy.

Ohhhh, the catarpillar kind of makes me shiver...great capture though. The butterflies are beautiful, the windmill is incredible, I love it. I really like the way the tree frames it. Very nice.

Those first two shots are brilliant - so sharp. Like your subjects also.

Your 2nd shot is very pretty and of course the windmill is a cool shot esp since being a plumber (trained, not practicing anymore) and now understanding what's going on with the things.

Sure glad you did Michele, another good set especially the first two that take the major trophies today. I can visualise these printed and framed together on a conservatory wall.

I'm glad we could work that out for you Patrick, windmills are just a part of the Australian rural life.

Oh yes, I can see myself sitting in the 'conservatory' looking at my works of art whilst sipping my freshly made cup of coffee and having a conversation with the little people.

Hi Michele! That's a Beautiful Caterpillar! I've never seen the like! Great job on the Butterfly; all we seem to have here are the orange and black ones right now.
Your sunrise landscape is lovely and well composed, I like the perspective.
Thanks for Sharing these
Michael

Another great set Michelle and well worth the patience for the second shot. That one is gorgeous. lol at least the catterpillar sat still and I love the composition of the windmill shot. Lovely work as ever Michelle.

Dave.
