Lovely set, I always enjoy seeing flowers, they just brighten ones day every time, and what a lovely setting to sit a spell and have a cold drink, very peaceful, and what lovely scenery. The third shot is cool, took me a minute to realize it wasn't a real flower !

Save me the seat beside you. What a perfect place to sit back, look at the peaceful scenery and enjoy a nice cold beverage. I love the flower shots, the dof in all of them is spot on. All great shots.

And I would like to join you Patrick. Perfect shot.

The other three are also excellent - you do take sharp shots all the time. Cheers, Bernz

ah you have been deceived...It is in fact a real flower.....it hangs upside down from a hanging basket...I had never seen anything like it, so I shot it. I would never post a fake flower here. It is not quite as sharp as I would have liked it but I can see why you would have thought it to be fake.....it looks like a plastic wrap around the multiple stems.....I'll include a sister shot of the same bloom after I trimmed the "tail" (physically, not in pp)

Good set Patrick but I agree with you, the first one is where I'd like drinks delivered.
I can see a couple of members under the umbrella, sipping cold orange, enjoying the lake/ river/ water comparaing notes and view screens, I like it

Patrick, I was drawn to the grass...must be the country girl thing coming out. Of course, I'll bring my own chair if you have an extra beer.
