Great subject Ian and your capture really shows the lovely textures in the wood and the stonework. Excellent work here Ian and I hope you are soon re-united with your camera.

Excellent selection of shapes and texture.
The fade out color also plays nicely in the composition.

Thanks guys ... the adjustment wheel on the back was heading south .. bad news .. the good news, my camera shop just handed me a brand new replacement over the counter no issue ..

Looks new to me Ian, and it reminds of the weathered white painted gate and the grasses you posted a while ago.
Its good to delve back into the picture archives, you get to find some little gems that would remain otherwise unshared, good job buddy and heres hoping the final repair/ service bill doesn't skint you

I seen a photo in a art store today that looked close to yours selling for $395.for a 8x10 What I'm saying great shot you have.

Thx Mike .. all the B&W posts the last little bit have me thinking it's time to try as well .. and yes .. it was like Christmas in summer when the guys flipped me the new camera!

Glad you liked it Allyson, it's funny how we can shoot 100, the "restrict" ourselves to 4 or less to conform to this great forum .. I'm thinking of going back to 1 set of batteries so I have to dumpster dive more often ..

Same timeframe Beach, in fact it may be the back door to the same barn .. I'll check .. BTW my Camera shop handed me a brand new replacement over the counter! No charge .. Love those guys!
