Please take a seat

Little nervous about my first post so I picked one of my favourites taken in the Lake District, UK. At present only have a point & shoot Sony Cybershot so I try to concentrate on composition and adjust as necessary in Elements.

Welcome to DPS. The GREATEST place on the Interweb.
You might want to straighten the picture or somehow ifx that crooked grass line at the bottom it draws my eye right to it.

Welcome to DPS, try not to be too nervous, we all posted that first picture
Yours is particularly good by the way, I love the lake district although don't get there too often.
Your picture is very restful and well composed, and theres plenty of time to spend a fortune on unnecessary equipment when you're ready
