Hi Pixie - of course - life is always a beach ... these are great photos .. I like the high contrasty look .. very well done

wow im envious as its b/w for me at the moment. I live far from the sea and miss exploring it.
I love both of these but something draws me to the first shot its just different and youve made it interesting the action maybe ?

I love the ocean as well and have moved a few hours away from it for the first time in many years, this was a VERY happy day to visit it again! The first shot was exciting to take as well..I had found the mussells "posing" in the sand just so and thought they'd make a lovely shot, but wondered if I could also get some foam in the frame...so several waves later with finger on trigger and the anticipation of a good old fashioned soaking I got this wave creeping in and managed to leap to dryer ground! Not sure now if I like it more for the photo..or how I got it!
