Default A little bribe....

goes a long way!

It is very rare for my 3 year old to let me take pictures of him. We had to reschedule a playdate, so I stopped by a church on the way home and took some shots of Grayson instead. He was more interested in playing with the sticks, but I bribed him with a "bug juice" (little portioned flavored soda) and he actually posed for me! I was so amazed! I didn't even do my usual skin-smoothing treatments... the picture is perfect! Just wanted to share.

Thanks, yeah, when he actually lets me take pictures they aren't half bad. Best thing is, he stayed still just long enough because I didn't use flash. (Portrait mode, no flash seems to be my go-to right now)

Thank you! I used to want him to be a model, but now I am glad I'm the only one that gets to catch these moments!

I don't know if anyone has checked it out, but look at the original size and check out his 2 colored eyes... I want to get this blown up on a canvas because they are shown so well!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that knows what bug juice is! We keep one of the bottles at the house so we can trick G into thinking he's getting one... That's probably mean, but he can only have that much sugar so often, ya'know?!

A little bribe every now and then can go a long way! You got quite a nice pose and picture out of him. Trouble is, when they get bigger the bribes have to get bigger!
