Wink Flower power !!

Tried to capture some flowers with my canon AS590 using automatic mode... need to learn to focus more on objects and capture more colors...

Thanks Fred :-) the bee was at my face b4 i cud get another snap so had to back off !!!

Default Close-up

Deepak, use the 'macro' function next time.
Try to catch the flower in the shadow, not in direct sun.

Here are a few I made these days.
I use a Nikon D40 with the standard 18-55 lens and for close-up I add an +4 Hoya filter

Thanks Danco, i am really wowed by the focus for the central object in each of ur photos !!! Last one is a real master-piece :-) wish to learn such techniques from u guys to groom myself in photography :-)
