Default Friday Night Lights...

well, not quite. The first Varsity game of the season. Morgan, my 10th grader, was not able to play because he was just cleared by his ortho to start after his knee surgery in May. The sun was setting directly in front of me (they really didn't think when they made the "home" side). I took a few shots, but not really any action of the game...

the beginning....

Very nice images Lori. The action shot is pretty cool. I like the color guard too.

The colors of the two teams' uniforms are perfect for great shots!

I love these Lori. It reminds me of when I came over to St Louis with my work. We attended a college game, the pro's were on strike and I had never been to a football game. So we went to watch, I think they were called Missouri Tigers. They had a great marching band on too. So it is so nice to see these photographs and may I say they are all of the highest quality. Thank you for the nice memory.

Dave.

I jknow how much you'd much rather photograph your boys playing .. so it must have been a little weird not being on gaurd to catch him making a play ! .. but I think you salavged the evening quite well .. they are cool shots.. I thought the marching flutist was kinda cool ( flute playing never get noticed ! ) .. and nice and clear action shot ! ( all those nights in the bastketball gym shooting in low light paid off !!

great set ! .. Long as Morgan's ready for basketball, that's all that matters
( i'm just kidding, I'm sure he wants to play football )

thanks for showing them !

Vin

Thanks for a slice of Friday night high school Americana! It's been a while since I've been to one of those. Very well done and I've enjoyed these a lot
