So I was reading one of Scott Kelby's books and thought I would try out one of his suggestions this weekend. I bought way to many flowers and searched for the perfect place to them to get indirect light in my house. I wound up in my dining room on my husbands desk. I mounted the camera on the tripod and snapped away. Although I will have to say that while his book suggestion Aperture priority I shot in manual mostly because I found Aperture priority over exposed the pics a bit.
Here are some that I am pleased with. I found the lillies the hardest to photograph. There are a ton more on my ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wendy

First let me say: Great images! Second: I shoot manual almost all the time. I have used Aperture Priority, but mostly on shoots that had constantly changing light and or my position. I shot a parade once and had to move a lot. I shot AP that day. Regardless, you have preformed well, good show!

These are excellent Wendy. You did a great job with the lily and the water drops on the rose are so clear I love the sun flower too. You learnt well from your book. Well done.
Dave.
