I like the lighting you've captured on the clouds, the curving road going off into the horizon, and how you've placed the building on your right in your first picture and the texture it has. Splendid B&W work! The pump house with its repeating patterns and features also jumps out at me. Very enjoyable set.

Thanks for signposting these, you have some excellent work and captured some pretty dramatic skies.
The first two pictures are very similar, same angles, same compostion, the third makes use of the repetitive patterns and retreating perspective and I like how the verticals are targeting a high and distant focal point, the final one looks to have been taken from a slightly lower angle, good to alter the angle at which we take pictures, so oftem its based on how tall we are and nothing else. A good set Mike, you should be pleased with these, well done beach

Very nice B&W set. Well composed. I must admit, even though these are really nice images, I, personally, prefer single exposure shots. But that is a personal preference. Very nice work!

You should always listen to the ladies Mike. She was so right and you got some great photographs, everything looks so much different when you get hooked on photography and you have shown so well with these wonderful captures. The black and white really does them justice. Excellent work Mike. You both did a great job.

you bet im glad, my friend is very persuasive 'come out and take some photos' and i am there lol!! Some people have commented on the pump staion and the repeat patterns and i am pleased with the result i got. In colour its just a building that is out of place with its surroundings, in b/w, well you can see what happens.Yup there were some cool clouds that day perfect!! hey just checked out your flickr, my that was a visual extravaganza!! i can see some awesome b/w conversions, wouldnt be tempting you would i?? no disrepect as the colours and photos are superb thanks my friend mike
