Tonight we had the craziest lightning storm I have ever seen. Our power was out for awhile so I went out on the back porch and got a few images. I in no way did this storm justice.

You are right, that is one crazy storm, the lighning looks like veins zapping through the sky. Both are fantastic shots.

Hey thanks everyone, I was glad not to have gotten struck the way it was going all night long. Turned out well that our local paper used the first on to put on the front page yesterday!
