Default CRAZY lightning here tonight!

Tonight we had the craziest lightning storm I have ever seen. Our power was out for awhile so I went out on the back porch and got a few images. I in no way did this storm justice.

You are right, that is one crazy storm, the lighning looks like veins zapping through the sky. Both are fantastic shots.

To me the lightning cracked the sky, like severe earth quake does to earth. Thanks for catching the moment and sharing with us. - Rathin Chatterjee (New Member)

I'd say you captured it very well... We hardly ever get lightning around here. Nice catch.

Hey thanks everyone, I was glad not to have gotten struck the way it was going all night long. Turned out well that our local paper used the first on to put on the front page yesterday!
