Love the action, color....the first one is my favorite because of the angle the oar is at with the kayak and person, totally balanced between the two and the center of the frame.

Wonderful capture!!

Great photos, Dave. I wish I had the opportunity to capture more events like this! Have you tried any action shots with slower shutter speeds? I saw some on another site and they looked cool with the water and people being slightly out of focus to reveal the feeling of movement (not that yours don't : )
