Default My kit lens just blew my mind....

I was messing around at a friend's house in their backyard and decided to try out some pictures of their flowers. My other lenses were inside (no macro though), so I just used my kit lens for my Canon XS. I was really shocked at how good it was!

This is fantastic, the clear water drops are great and the dof is spot on. I would be very happy to get a shot like this.

The kit lens for my camera is great as well. Funny how it can surprise you

Yes it did the job for you.....My kit lens isn't so horrible either.....my flower shots usually are shot at 200mm from 4 feet away.....
