Excellent series, Moi! I like the second one best. I like the two little flowers open amongst the buds. But the first one is a close second. I like the silvery monotones of the seed pod and the silvery splashes of light in the background.

Hi Mike.......I was really pleased to get the tiny, open flowers after I took the shot. And the 'honesty' shot was a real bonus! Thank you very much for the feedback.

Honestly, Honest gets my vote - although all are exceptional. What is the first one? I've never seen anything like it...

All of these are great but I simply love the 2nd shot. The two open buds just make it so interesting.

Hi Pat................the first picture is 'Honesty'...............Because the seed case is translucent so the seeds aren't hidden. Also called 'The Money Plant' because the silver pod cases are like coins-Silver Dollar in the US. Danes call it ''Judaspenge' (Judas Money) because of the silver coins paid for the betrayal of Jesus.

They're often used in dried flower arrangements.

Here's a link to see the flowers

FTBOAH-thank you very much for the lovely compliment. I was really happy to have got the insect as well as the tiny open flower details there.
