I wonder if I asked the gardener in the shot above to trim the tree on the right if he would be kind enough to do it.

Thanks Michael, 'The Big Smoke' phrase is a well known to New Zealanders. Auckland City is NZs largest city with over a million people living there. So coming from a small town of 6,700 people it is definitely the Big smoke.
