Hi it's the High Street Centre, Singapore. The bridge is called Elgin Bridge. It was completed in 1929, and was named after a Governor-General of India, Lord Elgin.
Photo was taken on a D90 with Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8. Aperture priority mode. Exposure: 1/4000 sec Aperture: f/5.6 Focal Length: 17 mm HDR: +/- 2 EV Combined using Photomatix using Details Enhancer |

Did you HDR it?
It looks very dramatic! Good job,

Whoa! Now that's different! I like the blue on the building to the right and how it matches the blue in the sky. It makes the whole scene silver and blue, mechanical and steel with a touch of red on the left. Well done.
