Default First Model Shoot

Tiffany

A group of us went out for our first portrait/model shoot with two female co-workers. I was uninspired by most of the location, except for this chain link fence in a parking garage. Canon 580exII fired at 1/8 power from camera right. Processed in Lightroom 2.

Well done. I like the expression, pose, crop and the way you balanced the flash with the ambient. Very nice.

This is a wonderful portrait. I really like the lighting as it brings out her complexion nicely. The sparkle in her eyes draws me and holds my attention.

Thanks everyone!

I actually read a "posing" tutorial before this shoot, and one of their "don't"s was the cliche "climbing the wall" pose.

I ignored this advice, and I think it turned out well
