Yet another Hummingbird

This is a young female Rufous feeding at my about expired Crocosmia plant. I'm running out of days on the blooms but it has been good shooting while it has lasted. My wife watched one of the birds come in the other day and hit one of the blooms and the bloom fell off on the ground. She said the bird just hovered there looking at the bloom like "What was that all about?".

You have mostly Ruby-throated down there but there have been sightings of 5 other species including the Rufous. Just one of those right place - right time things.
