Default Added Bokeh

Here is an image of my son in law that I added Bokeh to using Alien Skin Bokeh.

The plug in for PS does work pretty good.

I have that plug in and can never get it to turn out that good LOL

You need a light hand on the sliders.LOL It don't look good on all images. A little goes a long way with the sliders. I think I just used the first slider and set it to 10 percent. Keep trying. It helps if there is some color in the background.

I just can never take the time to get the quick selection tool to work right LOL It either gets too much or not enough and takes FOREVER to zoom and add and subtract until it get just the image you want.
