Exclamation Enter At Your Own Risk!

One of our local private parks, which was created and dedicated in memory of the owner's son who died in a car accident several years ago, is known as "Castle Park". It has lots of statues of dragons, wizards, animals, etc. and a large castle maze you can climb through. This is one of the gargoyles within the castle.

I had fun processing it. I hope you like it.

Thanks for looking!

Gargoyles are such an interesting architectural feature. They always make me go "Huh?" and yet I still find them intriguing. Yours, here, is a great example. I have the feeling your PP really helped it to pop. Nicely done.

This is a great capture Aimee. I love the way the shadows almost give it a 3d effect and it looks like it is coming out of the screen. Great pp work and a great capture and good subject too.

Dave.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate all your comments.

Lori, it absolutely is. Something totally different than the average swings and slides.

Love hearing from you Hayward.

Thanks Lindy. I'm kinda the same way w/ gargoyles, but there are some really cool ones in this castle, so I couldn't resist.

shed, what show?

Thanks Jake! And, you've given me another idea for processing it...but I'm not sure how to do it. Have to find that tutorial on out-of-bounds framing...maybe that will enhance the 3D effect.

Thanks again my friends!
