Default Some shots at the park with the new lens...

Sadly, I haven't had many chances to test out the new Tamrom 17-50mm as we are planning a big move at the end of the month. But the parents showed up in town for a visit so we took the dogs down to the dog park. So far I am loving the lens. I can't wait until we move and I get a chance to shoot some Aurora borealis.

Fantastic shots! I've got that lens as well, it's a sharp little sucker.

Beautiful shots. I like the second one best. Enjoy the lens.

Nice shots! Did you have to dig a bunker to get down that low?

I had to lay down on my stomach on the grass and used Live View.

Ahhhh yes isn't the live view just awesome on the XSi!!
Wish the XS had it also.

How do you like your Sigma? I just ordered one and am waiting for it to arrive.

I have the non-APO version and it is the least used of all my lenses. I find it to be very soft and the colour rendition is a bit off. I'll break it out if I need the extra reach but otherwise it is just extra weight in my bag. I'm now saving up for the EF 70-200mm f/4L IS.
