Default Wow! The Grand Canyon is AMAZING!!!

This was my first visit..truly an amazing sight and a photographers paradise!!!

Hi April - what a beautiful photo .. the grandeur of the canyon and all its beauty .. you captured it very well .. someday, I would like to take a trip there too...

Yea, April. I'll never forget the first time I saw it. That was 47 years ago and the memory is crystal clear. I hope this experience lingers in the same way for you. Your photo should prompt all that is remembered but couldn't possibly fit into one image. Lovely!

It is an amazing place. The first time I saw it I was 16 and we were walking along a trail, there was a slight clearing among a few trees and we walked right up to the edge. I had no idea you could do that! I had this thought that it would be surrounded by a fence! That first unexpected view is something I will always remember.
