Default Yellow, yellow, yellow.......

Yesterday I went for a stroll in the Botanical Gardens and some early signs of spring are showing - not due until 1 Sept.

All these fotos were taken using my Nikkor 50mm f1.8 lense.

These are gorgeous. The first one is beautiful with the yellow/orange colours. All have great DOF.

Those are absolutely gorgeous. I Love them all but the first 2 just take my breath away. Fantastic work.

Wow, looks like spring is really starting to spring... I'll have to take a walk down there in the next few days (Great seeing another Welly photographer on here... makes it much easier to see what's going on around the place )

Thanks all. Perfect day in Wellington again today so I am about to get out there and see what I can find.

Have a great day. Cheers, Bernz

Brilliant pics. I've been hanging out here the last couple of weeks and enjoy seeing your shots.

Spring hasn't started to kick in on this side of the ditch just yet. Hoping to grab some pics of the spring flowering bulbs the Minister for War & Finance (wife) has planted in the front garden.

Daffodils are the jaunty harbingers of Spring, and I'm always glad to see them as they represent new photographic opportunities looming on the near horizon. Nice series of shots, and come February I'll be looking forward to seeing them sprout up here.
