Default first attempt on macro





just bought my self a new tamron macro SP AF90mm F/2.8 - and tried on the first available flower i saw in my place, a pink bougainvillea. will improve with practice....

note: no cropping or pp done. this is SOOC.

You picked a great subject to start with Lya. The colour of the flower is lovely and the water drop so crystal clear. Great first attempt and I am sure there is a lot more to come.

Beautiful job on the first try... lovely color and the drop is in sharp focus. Nice work.

Absolutely gorgeous color ... bougainvilleas are so saturated it's amazing. Love this shot!

am always amaze with all those water drop photos, so i tried my hand into it. still have a lot to learn i know, and thank you so much for the encouragement my friend!

would you believe that bougainvilleas are the only flowers that you can see where i live right now - both at work and at home! but they come in different colors, and that made them look so lovely. thank you for looking and for the nice comment, Marriedin!

Excellent job! I love all the different shade of pink in this one. Enjoy that new lens and you'll be surprised what you'll get out of it once you get accustomed to it.
