Default Sydney Opera House tonight after nightfall

Hey there,

Its been a few days since I last shared anything so I thought I would just offer this shot I took tonight from the Domain in Sydney looking across the water to the Opera House and Bridge.

I added the black strips as the sky and water wasn't offering much to the overall image and I quite like how it has made a kindof pseudo-panorama type wide shot.

Really nice shot. I love the use of the black strips. I might have to borrow that idea sometime.

Thanks very much I find it's suprising how much difference the strips can make sometimes.

It's an often photographed subject but yours seems fresh, unique. Well done! I think the black presents it very nicely, also.

I've looked at this shot several times, and for long periods. Honestly it is difficult for me to comment as nothing I can say can convey just how much I like this shot. Great subject, exposure, angles, everything comes together to form a fantastic image. Thanks for sharing.
