Yeeeha! Bernz. We are so looking forward to that here... The little lambs skipping around the paddocks, new calves, Daffodils, Jonquils & Snowdrops...very encouraging signs huh?

You have nice frames for nice photos. With camera in hand, one can find plenty of subjects to shoot even while waiting for the right moment.

Beautiful set of photos there, especially the first two.

A very nice set. The last one is my favorite. It is a stunning landscape.

Thankyou all for your comments. Yes, the framing does add yet another aspect to the photographs and is very fascinating to do. I was just playing around in Picnik one day and found it ...THANKYOU PICNIK! As for the mountain Mike, believe it or not, what looks sooo flat on top, is actually very rugged terrain. I have been told that they have now closed it to trampers as that walk had now become unsafe.

Pauline, excuse me, but that second photo looks like I cactus we have growing here in Tucson, Arizona. I have a couple of questions? How did it end up in NZ? Secondly, it blooms in winter? Thirdly, and this is just comment, I think one use of photos is to boggle the mind. Bingo! Officially boggled.

Oh Lindy LOL. Yes it is a cactus, from where, I know not, but we cheat over here and grow them indoors. Quite beautiful they are when in full bloom, but leave dem tentacles well alone. Mind boggling?...you got it my friend LOL
