I wanted to share a couple of images I captured from our gardens.

One of our peppers turning red...

Black Eyed Susan, one of the few flowers, other than roses I know...

Young Sunflower, the Kansas state flower. I had fun with "software brushes" on this image...

Even the Swallowtail Caterpillars like our garden...

Well there you have it. I canned a batch of dill pickles Saturday. Salsa in a few weeks.

Wonderful shot of the pepper and love the color in the Black Eyed Susan. "Salsa in a few weeks", sounds wonderful.

OMG, don't tempt me, I just finished my midnight snack of chips and salsa. I miss the home made salsa, but haven't had a garden since I moved here from the states.

Beautiful set. I always like Black Eyed Susans and Sunflowers. The pepper, with the contrasting red and green is my favorite!

Thanks Mike. That pepper is one of my favs too. It will be even better with a little olive oil, garlic, oregano and other spices and of course a few scant minutes over the grill.
