Fred, really interesting petals on the flower. Love the raccoons, so cool that you were able to get two together. I haven't heard any fish stories from your trip, but you certainly did catch something worttwhile!

love the flower shot, in one shot you have buds, blooming and deads. and the interaction between those young raccoons in the first shot was a nice capture.

I dont just like them Fred, I love them. The flower is gorgeous but I cant help you with a name. And wow the racoons are just lovely. You are so lucky to see these animals and be able to get so close and to see them roaming so freely too. Great work as usual my friend.

Dave.

Hey Mike, glad you liked the pics. There was nothing much to tell about the fishing. It was a bit on the slow sude. The trip was a lot of fun. As you saw, I was in some beautiful country.

It was kind of an unusual plant for sure. Thanks so much for looking and for leaving the nice comment.

Hi Haywood. No, they were on a tree limb that stretched over the water of the lake. So if I knelt, they were more or less at eye level. Pretty sweet eh? Thanks for the kind words buddy.

Hi Bill, they were just hanging around on a tree limb next to a road we walked up. They were more interested in grooming each other than they were in the noise I was making. It was a pretty cool experience. Thanks for the very generous compliment.
