Skate Day Portraits

We had a big skate day this weekend so I brought out my new ring flash to shoot some portraits. Here's a few fro the day.

These are very good. Love the poses...the first one really seems to show his attitude.

Very nice. But, oh, those ringlight reflections in the dark glasses! I don't know what you could do about that.

Nice shots. First one certainly showing his bravado. See you have a Lightsphere. I find that to be one great tool.

Thanks, yeah the friend in the first photo is pretty cocky lol

The flash reflections don't bother me cause the reason I was messing with the ring flash is to bring a studio element into everyday pictures.

Thanks for the comment, Yes I own a lightspehere, I just got the ringflash last week and wanted to mess with it on location to learn how to use it in different lighting conditions cause it is so different then a normal sb flash gun.
