Default A perfect Saturday

Just after coffee, should have gotten up earlier .. it was a Glorious Morning

glorious morning

After I dropped the boys off at their work - I stopped by a creek on the escarpment

I have a much greater appreciation of the Dragon hunters on this forum.. this guy sat still enough time for me to get within a couple of inches, need practice..

green fly

Next door neighbour gave me passes to the Canadian Tour event just up the hill .. got there early so here's one from the practice ground

smack

Waiting for the event to heat up I went for a walk.. found my favorite subject with a friend stopping by for a visit

hello baby

Happy Sunday guys, I'm housebound with severe weather warnings all over us ..

Nice colorful set. I especially like the frozen motion in the tee time shot.

I guess it was a glorious morning in your neck of the woods....that first shot is stunning, and all the rest are fabulous.

Beautiful shots. How'd you glue that dragonfly so he'd stay so still?

Hello Ian, another very slick selection, the first being a real crowd pleaser.
I love the compostion and colours, the glow/ light and shade, extremely good capture.
I also like the golfer with the chip shot and divot. Great work my friend

I'm glad you are joining the dragon hunters. They make for some beautiful macro shots.

Love the ball leaving and the dirt flying. Great timing!

But so flighty! .. The golf shot was one of many clicks and some luck. it was way too bright to slow the shutter down .. thx for your kind words
