What a great shot. I like the feel of it, almost as if the sun is fighting to get through those clouds with those shards of light.

Me, too. I love sunrises and sunsets and luckily I am an early riser (3-5am most mornings), and I'm retired! They are nearly always beautiful, and no two are alike -- in fact, each one changes within minutes.

I have to go away from home to get them, though. My neighborhood is full of very tall trees, so I get most of my sunrise/set photos when traveling or going on early errands.

Another beautiful one. It's too bad so many people miss these beautiful events.
