Default Flower Show at Lalbagh (2009)

Last year around this time, I had posted this thread about the annual Independence Day flower show here. Well, this set is from this year:

A lavender pink rose:

Close up of an orange rose:
Rose petals

An unexpected guest drops in:
Unexpected Guest on a Pansy

Close up of daisy(?):
Flower 01

All the photos were taken with the 90 mm Tamron lens, as I wanted to use that one exclusively to see how I can adapt to a fixed length lens in a non-macro situation. I must say it is one heck of a glass.

There are many more on my flickr page, do visit if you please. If you can identify these flowers, please leave a comment on the flickr page as "Flower 01", "Flower 02" doesn't do these beauties any justice.

Hope you like them.
