This is a really beautiful sunset! I have a set of GND filters, I have not used them much, but looking at your landscape makes me want to get them out and give them some work.
Thanks for Sharing this
Michael.

Great picture and love the effect.
I've also just bought a set of nd filters and started to experiment a little. I know what to aim for now, excellent work aa2

Absolutely beautiful photo, as someone said to me in this forum today "some day I want to be able to take photos like this". So, I was looking at some nd grad filters recently, is that what I need to be able to take such detailed photos at dusk and dawn?

yes michele, filters reduced bright lights from your sky.....it comes in different strength depending on what you want to shoot, i think there are 3 stops/5 stops and others......just wait for the good lights combine it with lots of clouds.....a little wind is good too if you're going to take long exposures, it will give movements on your clouds, cheers

Beautiful shot! How long was your exposure on this one? I think you framed this one very well! Thanks for sharing it with us.
