My first attempt at something different... Havent yet learned Photoshop for this yet so used picasa.

All one needs is a bounce in their step!

Mitosis - So gradual that time doesnt matter

I wonder about all the stories that have been told here...

Some shine brighter when no one is looking...

Good morning. The first and last work well for me.
Love the action in the first as the girl hops the last step.
Love the contrast in the black and white of the last one. You've captured great light light and shade here especially with the children in view.
I even like the selected colouration of the orange T shirt whi I think works very well, good job rollercoaster

Thank you beachcomber. Good Morning to you too.

The first one, I saw a bunch kids running and saw them jump up the steps and she was running at the end. I knew the oppertunity was fleating and clicked away in continuous mode. I was happy when I saw the results

The last, can you elaborate a bit more on the light. I liked that light a lot but not sure why

I too, think the first and last are the best of your set. I like the action of the girl in the first one, especially with both feet off the ground. You caught her just right. The light you have in the last adds a lot of interest to the photo. Bright on the columns on the left and fading off somewhat to the right. The columns on the left and the columns on the right are exactly the same, but you can see a lot more detail in the columns on the left because of the way the light casts shadows on them. The light is also casting shadows off the children, giving an extra suggestion of movement. Try to imagine that shot with the same intensity of light like in your first photo and you'll see that it would be a lot less interesting.

I see it so much more clearly now. It is very satisfying to get a picture, like it and have it liked by everyone else too. Thanks you very much fstopMike.

Thumbs up Very nice!

The girl bouncing up the steps is great. Wonderful timing!

The chairs: exceptional. Really love that one and the processing you did on it. Might I suggest a touch more contrast, though it's fine as is.

Wow you were right! See the attached one with better contrast. I did know adjusting levels could give such great results. I guess I understand now why people spend so much time in post. Thanks SandeeWig. The tip will make all my pics look better from now on.
