Arrow Runing Into Your Arms

My intention was to post this for critique, but I forgot the exif data w/ me at home...

So, instead I'll put it out there to see what kind of reaction it gets.

I took engagement pictures for this couple back in December; including the images that went into creating this picture - with this type of result in mind, but it wasn't until last night when all of the self-taught lessons, tutorials, how-to's, logic, and stars aligned to allow me to actually work it out.

I've attempted this several times with no real luck.

I hope you like it. After I get it in a final state, I plan to give it to them as a wedding gift.

*Note: I already see a spot that needs fixing...right smack in the center. Stupid bricks making my life hell!!!

And please, I would be happy to hear your thoughts and comments...feel free to leave constructive criticism on flickr...or the critque thread once I get home tonite and grab the exif. Thanks!!!

That is so good, I really admire people that can do things in photography that make a picture so different, this stands out from the ordinary. I like it.

This is really nice, very well thought out! I don't see anything wrong with the bricks, but I do wear bifocals lol.

Very creative! Sorry about the bricks. Just chalk it up to a bricklayer who had too many beers at lunch! Very nice concept.

I think it's a great idea that came out really well. I didn't even notice the brick problem until you mentioned it. Good job.

Hi miracles, and thank you so much. If you look at the large, it's easy to see...the bricks start to wave a bit around his buttocks.

LOL! Thanks, Mike! I like that idea. I plugged in the central image about 12:30 this morning, so not surprised my eyes didn't notice the wavy lines.

Appreciate your comments, Trader, thanks! I think I can solve the brick issue, I just didn't see it at first...in fact, not until I viewed it large. At least I saved the layer file and don't have to start over!
