Default It's the little things!

It always amazes me how colorful these little guys are when you see them up close and personal.

Great spider shots, that first one has a strange shaped body. Guess that is where it's name comes from.

Let me see...I think I can count the hairs on every spider. Your shots are so amazingly clear. The backgrounds are fabulous. that's why they are always such a joy to behold. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Michael...not my favorite subject, although not the worst either...but man these shots are amazing. You are spot on with focus and you can really see so much detail..perhaps more than a lot of us care to see..lol

These are fantastic shots. The macro and DOF is perfect as always. We have nothing like these in New Zealand so thanks for sharing them with us.

Michael, I appreciate the spiders--their bright colors and their elegant legs. Never been a MIss Muffet, so to speak. But I am drawn to the bokeh backgrounds on all of these shots, especially the first. I love the colors and the patterns. Is that okay?

Hi Lindyanna! I'll confess, one of the pleasures of Macro work for me is seeing how the Bokeh comes out and playing with it in CS4 and Lightroom to see what it can become. I know some like things SOOC, but You know how I feel about Digital Art. I see no reason not to combine Nature and Art!!!
Thanks for Looking.

Not something you would catch me taking a picture of, so it is great to look at these wonderful photographs from the safety of my screen. Terrific work!
