Default Roach bridge weir

This a weir that used to power a mill in Preston, England. Used a long exposure to get the silky effect.

Hello Riversider! this is a lovely Capture; I really like the silky water and how it flows. Just enough of the building on the right to make it interesting. Great lighting and composition.
Thanks for Sharing this
Michael.

WoW great shot - how long was your exposure - can you share camera settings for this one?

I think you have done an excellent job on this one. Any pp work on it? Cheers, Bernz

Thanks for all the comments everyone. Hi Bernz, i used a 10 second exposure at f29 and 34 mm. An ND8 filter was also used, some pp was done but only to bring some of the colours out in adobe camera raw. Hi Dave, its a great spot as long as drivers see you when going past, i take it you are at bae, my brother works there.

Really well done. Reminds me of one of those Kincaid paintings.
