Rice Terraces
Hi all,
First post on this forum. Living in South West China is always entertaining. Yunnan Province is hugely diverse, with rain forests and elephants in the south and the Tibetan Plateau to the north. We live in between and are within a days drive of either. This shot is from the Rice Terraces to the south. Sculpted over generations by the Hani minority, they cover a huge area. We are away traveling for a month, but I hope to be able to post more images from Europe while we are away and then more from Tibet/Yunnan and Sichuan when we get back. best wishes, Alister |
