Wow!! You've captured such detail! These remind me that I wanted to post a birdie pic I got the other day; though not sure if it's THIS good!

WOW Foto .. all these are excellent examples of how to wait for the animal to provide a interesting pose, balance the contrast to show fine feather details but still show the darker shadow areas.. how to focus on moving targets ( your second shot is wonderful ! )
I shoot alot of birds, I view tons of bird photos and I havn't seen better Reddish photos, considering we selfish humans almost caused thier extinction for thier feathers, it's a gift to see them so well captured, I am sure they do not trust people to get very close. Your first and last shows them at work fishing ( egrets make it look easy ) your 3rd shot shows just why people a century ago wanted thier feathers, JUST BEAUTIFUL colors and feather patterns .. But it's your second shot that a fellow Birder gets excited about .. fantastic focus, exposure and contrast, composition, the color tones are nautral and the image is framed perfectly ... not just a great Egret shot, nor a Bird shot, it's a great shot of any style/subject. and to wrap it up WOW thanks for sharing them Vin
