Default modelling/new photographer

This is my second time that I shoot with the models,
I keep adjusting my settings because of the lights and I want
to glow their skin tones, but this is what the results.
What do you think? Please help ..

I am far from being able to start to address your prblem. But the subject is of interest to me.
I came across the followin article and video stream (scroll down there) which seems to be quite helpful. I think your photography will benefit from some of the concepts and advice given there:

hmm the third and fourth ones are very interesting.. im not sure about the first two. frontal flash doesnt attract to me on modelling shots.bounce it off a wall or even behind you? before i bought my external flash i used to use mirrors to bounce my flash around.... kinda worked lol

thank you so much for the help!! I used my pop-up flash hehe.
Still need to enhance my shooting when it comes to modelling. Thank You so much
