Walking
This was taken a few years ago during my move from film to digital. It was taken with a fuji fine pix and some post prodcution in photoshop 5 or 6 (I think) It has always been one of my favourite pics of my two older boys. I am very keen to have peoples opinions on my images. I'm a little nervous about putting work out ther for so many people to see.

Welcome to DPS....I am no expert, but I do like the photo....I love black and white and from behind, looks like you have twins there.....a bridge to nowhere....very nice.

Hello Kimk, welcome to DPS and thank you for sharing a picture of your family.
You invite the viewer to share a journey with your boys and you hint at the way forward by looking over the shoulder of one of them. I like the use of black and white and the slightly tight feel to the picture. The way ahead is bright and inviting and so is your future here on DPS as we look forward to seeing more of your work. beachcomber |

It's a lovely picture! It makes one wonder where they're going, and what the boy in the back is looking at. Perhaps it could symbolize their journey down the path of life. Oooh.

You know some of my favorites are of backs too...there's just a feeling about this one that you are about to embark on a journey with these two and it's not obvious where you're going. I really like this a lot

Oh Kimk, what delightful young boys. To me this picture spells "adventure". I love it !!! My young lads were always looking for adventure, and bridges always seemed to have adventure written all over them. LOL. Don't be nervous, you are among wonderfully kind, encouraging and lovely people in this family...I have found that out in the short while that I have been a member. Look forward to heaps more from you.
