Default Eyes of a child

I took this of my 5 year old son about an hour ago. I tried to frame his face with the blanket and this is what I got. Let me know what you think.

I love the composition Jenny...it just seems a bit over exposed...if his eyes were darker it would be better....but not a bad shot. I have a couple on my photostream that I took of my granddaughter along the same idea. I love these shots with just the eyes showing.

I think that this is great. Most any shot that captures eyes like this is quite captivating

I know it seems overexposed, oddly thats kinda the look I was going for. I'm still new to this so just experimenting. Is it too much? Should I do something in Photoshop to make it better?

I think that it is fine...high key is a style......you could do two other images from this....try converting to black and white and 2nd try just darkening the photo a little....both would change the look and feel of the shot and then compare them all. You'll probably like them all

I think it's fine too....the goal is to get photos you like, and if you like it, you've succeeded.
Keep shooting and posting
