I woke up the other morning and glanced out the window and saw ... this.

I've seen that knot look eye-like in the past, but never quite so strikingly life-like! I had no choice but to reach for my camera--and, good thing, too. By the time I was eating breakfast, the bark had already dried enough that it just didn't look like this any more.

Wow I suppose this is one of nature's reminders that it is in fact living. And watching us apparently.
A while ago I was reading my local newspaper and there was a story of a couple who could see an image of Jesus in their tree. I wonder how many people started worshipping it

I love tree shots and this one is a truly amazing one. Funny how we can look at something forever and suddenly it takes on features...lol
