Default Famous NYC Buildings

Went into New York City yesterday afternoon and shot a bunch of pictures on the street mostly in the rain. Camera was wrapped in my poncho and I had an umbrella over head. Here are a few of some buildings you will recognize. Took many more on the street and lots of the lights on time Square that night. Will post those to my flickr page later.

So, we've got the Empire State Building, the Flat Iron Building and the Chrysler Building?
Good shots...I really like them a lot, especially considering the weather..

Thanks, but since you are showing off naming buildings I have some more for you to "try" to name

Great shots Kirbinster! Very well composed and I like the perspectives as well, that Wedge shaped building is in Manhatten is'nt it? I seem to remember it from about 20 years ago when I was there.
Thanks for Sharing these
Michael.

I'm guessing the first is Macy's, but you've got me on the others...lol

They are all in Manhattan. The wedged shaped one is the Flat Iron building around 25th street.

The main Macy's building has been correctly identified. Now just the other two.

I used google maps and found that the one just past the statue is 101 Park Avenue but I don't know if it has a name. The one with the gold top and clock I believe is the old Met Life tower and it is near the Flatiron building.
