Went hiking with some photo friends and got some shots of these beautiful mushrooms on a log.

Great shots nice contrast of colours and clarity what type of mushrrom is that I have never seen one like that before

Did some checks and it seems to be from the ascomycetes family, or commonly called cup fungi.

Lovely photos! Fungi are one of the more overlooked subjects for photography, but many are quite pretty.
