I was not paying any attention. I was probably having too much fun. I have to confess that there were some whole days at work that I spent surfing DPS pages (shh, don't tell anybody...). There is a "sticky" factor to this activity. It is also understandable. One takes pictures (which is a lovely activity), then PP, then post and then get commets both educational and encouraging. By the way one meets new (virtually/but certainly real...) and interesting people. Then: BACK FOR MORE.
Anyway, I made this picture is to commemorate my post number: 500 and my passage to SENIOR MEMBER. It is a seed for the next 500 posts. Actually a lemon seed that started growing in a lemon a cut open for breakfast. I took this in a black box with four light sources (up, two sides and front from below the seed level). I removed the needle that was holding the seed in the GIMP, adjusted levels and: Walla!. I thank all the DPS members for looking at my work and for your always helpful comments. I have learned a lot by listening to you and by observing and reading from the work of others. It has been great. I hope you are enjoying this as much as I am. See you around.

Wow, In America when you get to be a Senior you can go to Dennys restaurants and eat with a discount! I don't think DPS offers that, but Congratulations anyway!
I really like what you've done with this shot, well thought out and composed. Very interesting Looking forward to seeing more of your posts Michael
